The retreat weekend for Deaf Catholics in Antique, Philippines, held on May 2–4, 2025, was a deeply faith-filled and inspiring event. The Most Reverend Marvyn Maceda, Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of San Jose de Antique, graciously sponsored the retreat, offering his full support to the local Deaf Catholic community.
I had the privilege of leading Cursillo talks throughout the weekend, which helped deepen the participants’ understanding of their faith and strengthened their spiritual journey. It was truly moving to witness the participants grow in faith and community.

12/3/2024: Deaf Cursillo #68 was held at O'Dwyer Retreat in Sparks, Maryland on June 20-23, 2024.
10/1/2022: Deaf Cursillo #67 was held at Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center in Atlanta, GA on September 22-25, 2022. There were 25 then-candidates attending the Cursillo weekend. This group was fabulous and highly motivated! Now they become new Cursillistas. Congratulations to Cursillo #67.
10/1/2022: The following pictures are training that was held in person in Atlanta, GA on September 20-22, 2022 before Cursillo weekend began. Prior to that, the Cursillo team met and practiced on Zoom and GoReact starting January 20 to June 2, 2022. We were blessed to participate for five month training without interfering. Thank God!
